1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method to return your items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to product availability.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at dongdong1118@outlook.com with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
